Right now i want... to dance before bed

get used to see me being "on the phone with barb" a lot. seriously, if we had a family phone plan, i might never go over my minutes. but not the point.

i'm so exicted that more cartoons and shows from the 80's and 90's are coming out on dvd. not only because they have been favorites of mine for so long and can't be found much on tv anymore, but it's my feeling in general that EVERYTHING should be available on dvd. The entire tv catelog. All movies on celluloid should be digitized and burned to dvd, and not only because they are treasures that should be preserved. DVD's (after initial release, of course) should be burned on request and sent to whoever buys them. Like print your own book or t-shirt sites, there should be burn-your-favorite-tv-show-or-movie sites.

but really, JEM! i mean, Jem, dude. Jem. :) truly outrageous, Synergy... wow, was that one cool computer. Maybe i should credit that cartoon more for my computer career. maybe that's pushing it a bit, but who knows. I could credit Strawberry Shortcake for... my love of flavored lip gloss?

sort of speaking of which, but not really... i have great recall of varied and random facts. i mean, i know this, it's me. it just surprises me sometimes how people who don't know me react to this particular talent. I was at a work-people lunch today and certain movies were brought up. i cited the actors, director, with a brief synopsis as well as pertinant quotes. this isn't out of the ordinary for me, but they all looked at me like i had three heads. i mean, is Blast from the Past really that far out there?

... one benefit of signing up for my dance classes (which start tomorrow!) is the music i've downloaded recently... great swing, jazz, blues, random pop with waltz beats (i'm sorry, i never thought of Faith Hill's "Cry" as a waltz piece, but cool).

i should sleep. i'm tired. but... this is getting to be addictive.
