Right now i want... to kick the crap out of the nwa dip shit in charge of domestic travel.

ok. my flight tomorrow is from San Francisco International Airport to Detroit Metro Airport. It is 5 hours long, 8 if you count the time change. Several thousand miles. This used to mean an inflight meal (no extra charge) and an inflight movie (charged for headphones, but something to look at). Is this the case anymore? NO!

they will OFFER a meal for me to PURCHASE from them while i am on the plane, and the standard shitty drink service, but that's it. And NO movie! what the hell? it looks like they're only offering movies on international flights now. granted, international flights do need movies, but... they're only offering 1 per flight, instead of 2 like they used to.

NORTHWEST SUCKS!

and none of their customer service people know the same set of information! they actually give DIFFERNET answers to the same questions! You basically have to know EXACTLY what you're looking for before you call them and have a good idea of what they're going to answer or it's a waste of time to call. And their answering system? the choices are nonexistent.
