Background Noise: Hands Down, Dashboard Confessional

Mood: working on better.
Right now i want... anything but water or tea.
so. i've been accused of being stubborn; because i'm not home sleeping. ok. i am stubborn, it's just a fact, easy to get over or used to. but i don't think i'm being stubborn about not going home. why would i go home. yes, the coughing sucks, and my voice is basically gone, and i'm drained and a bit tired.
but, considering i wouldn't be able to sleep at home (to clear up the whole tired problem), i would get very bored very quickly, and even though i'm not being as productive as i could be right now, i'm still able to get things done for work; i'm making progress and all that. besides, there's a meeting at 3:30.
and, no one has really told or asked me to go home.
i just don't think this is a valid reason to leave, and until my boss says anything different, or suggests i go home early, i'm going to be here till at least 5.
is that really being stubborn? i thought it ment i have a good work ethic....
