Right now i want... my coach to stop being a dick.

ok. my softball coach is a jackass. he's a jackass to me, and now, he's being a jackass to all the women on the team. there is a possibility that, due to work and other complications, there will only be 3 girls able to play today. that means we forfit. [sidenote: i was debating playing this week, i'm still very annoyed from last week] so, instead of being nice, addressing all the women who can't make the game individually, stating that we loose if they can't show up for even part of the game, could they please please please move stuff... what does he do? writes an pouty, bratty, accusatory email to the entire team basically tossing out the season if the women don't take the team seriously.

i'm sorry. but, that was a really dickish move. he also said the last time to add women to the roster (just in case we were short and had to call in emergency players) was last week. WHO KNEW THAT?! not me! i bet not most players on the team! hell, if i had known the last time to add women's names was last week, i would have begged like 2 other girls on this floor to sign up just in case.

this just adds to my stack of reasons why he is a shitty coach and manager.
