Mood: sleepy, still out of it
Right now i want... my coffee to kick in

i smell chocolate. and surprise of all surprises, not only do i _not_ want it, it's kindof upsetting my nose....

it's a sunny beautiful morning. i didn't sleep well. i was up early, so i could get my rent check in on time, i know, i know, i should remember before 9am the day after. whatever. i hate writing big checks, and i hate giving them away, and while i know it won't keep them from getting my money, at least i feel a bit better about it.

it's friday. there will be a beer bash tonight. new movies are out in the theaters. Shaolin Soccer _finally_ is out, but, i'm pretty much over going to see it. i guess miramax waited too long. too bad for them.

there is something from yesterday i'm forgetting. something i was meaning to tell barb, and that pretty much translates to writing here. damnit.

oh! one thing i know i forgot to mention -- i talked to Al yesterday! she's home from the Royal Scottish Academy and she called me back... of course, i was lightly tripping on aspirin, and you would have thought that she was older than me, and worrying about me, instead of the actual reality which is opposite, but ;) it was so great to talk to her again. AND! she remembered to bring my dvd's back from Glasgow! woo hoo! she's also going to still be home when i go home next week (next week!) so i'll be able to see her, too. Also got to talk to Cathy, and she assured me that it was ok to not wear my skirt to dance class if i didn't want to. i'm glad. my jeans were just fine, thank you very much.

OH! AND! my basketball boys in blue won the NIT last night! of course, i didn't know the game was actually on until the last 15.2 seconds, but... :) i still got to see them win. i love it when my boys win. so much fun.
