any bets on when my office mate will get here today? he was at a concert outside of palm springs this weekend, and drove, and it was supposed to end last night.... ok :) here's an easier bet for those of you in a gambling mood: will he come in at all?

i don't say this to be rude, per se, or to suggest that evan is shirking work, or being irresponsible. i think it's really cool that he and friends road-triped to the middle of the burning hot desert for 2 days with no air conditioning.... he either had a ton of fun, or was so plastered he didn't realize he wasn't. maybe he even got some, let's all hope. i just don't think he'll actually be in today, and shouldn't be, and just should have said so last week.

i'm just a TAD BIT testy this morning. i woke up at 5:30. yep, that's AM, and i couldn't go back to sleep (shocker of the century, i know). now, the cool part about being up at the ass crack of dawn is you find out that tiny toons is actually still shown, as is saved by the bell, some early JAG episodes, fairly odd parents, and all the sports center your little heart could desire.

just isn't a good replacement for sleep when i really needed it.
