Right now i want... to have eaten less at lunch

so today, on a lark, the younger set of engineers here on the final cut team dressed up for "shirt and thai" day. all the boys (well, k, most of them) wore very nice shirts and ties, helena wore one, i kinda dressed up, and we all went out to eat thai for lunch.

i have to say, well done men! they all looked great! i mean, very cute :) and i don't normally think of (most) of my coworkers as cute, so, what a happy day! smiles did abound.

and lunch was good... long, but good.

in other news, i'm still pretty sore, but sleeping is helping, so hopefully i'll sleep well again tonight and have the weekend to relax and feel better. maybe see a movie or six.

i've also left my kitchen for the day, so i can get some real work done in the next two hours before i take andy to the airport.

ok... and... i'm off!
