Right now i want... to see the snow at home (anyone have a webcam set up?)

i was going to write about my thanksgiving in this post; i even deleted a few drafts where i waxed poetic about the holiday season and turkey and my first thanksgiving away from home.

but you know what? i'm not going to indulge in this particular bit of over-analyzation. it's a beautiful day, i had a great brunch, i can leave work soon, it's the busiest shopping day of the year and i need new shoes (and maybe a coat...).

oh, and a guy in a white t-shirt and black shoes is riding a unicycle around the quad.

see? it's hard to beat yourself up about scraped floors and dying cars and missing home when everything is begging you to enjoy this miraculous day off.
