the sky is so clear and the sun so bright... how could anything go wrong on a day like this? oh, oops, sorry, that's the opening to you're a good man charlie brown. though it's not far off - it's hard to imagine anything going wrong today (though it has been a crazy one and you could make a good case that many things have already misfired, but oh well).

i'm not sure how it's back to monday again. i've been having time issues - as in i'm not noticing it pass well. i think it's the wrong time, day, week, heck, i even though it was still april the other day. the good news is i'm feeling better (for the most part), and i got a ton of sleep this weekend (which was heavenly), though more sleep is always appreciated.

steve got into town this weekend, we ended up having breakfast and going furniture shopping. or rather we went to stores and i told steve what he was buying :) but either way you look at it, he now has the most amazing leather recliner from zgallerie and i'm trying to talk him into my favorite couch from crate and barrell. we'll see how that actually turns out.

last week was star wars insanity - happy happy, and all that. my review is still pending; i'm sadly going to have to give mr. lucas more money before i can make up my mind. revenge of the sith is initially very impressive - beautiful graphics, beautiful people, psychotic villians, and (my favorite) r2d2 kicking ass. but all the cg wizardry in the world can't bridge the story gaps that were left, and i need another pass to see if i will continue to think of Star Wars as a trilogy or a 4 movie sequence -- sorry, 1 and 2 are dead to me.

what else? please continue sending good karma over the pond to the uk. time is passing and steps forward are being made and hopefully there will soon be a very exciting announcement appearing on this page. just keep your fingers crossed.

oh, it's almost 5:00. amazing. in that case, i'm going to leave work. i've put in my eight hours and that's enough for today. i seriously need to work on having more normal work hours instead of staying well into the evenings. hopefully having steve and mike and steve and co here will help with that.

oh! :) before i forget, i've decided to find Mr. Puff a friend. I'm afraid he's getting lonely with me being gone so much, and i want him to have someone to take care of too. I've started going to the local animal sanctuary adoption fairs to find a kitten who will fit in with our little family. Kathy dreamed that i would find Puff's friend soon, so hopefully all of her dreams will come true in the not distant future.
