Well, not immediately, but i did get my tickets home! I'll be in Michigan from Friday the 14th (late afternoon) to Saturday the 22nd (evening)!

I'm relieved to know that i'm going; but there's a lot of ground i have to cover here in Cali before i can go frolic in the foliage. But i have to say, i won't mind the hours if it means that i can have a clear conscience when i step on that plane.

Now all i have to do is find someone to take care of Sir Puffs-a-Lot.

Oh, and Heather? I think you should wear this dress to the ball (hurry, it's on sale!):


In other news, i hope the rumor that i might be on the project i'm currently working on much longer than i expecteed is wrong; really wrong. Other than that, there is little news to report. Well, besides the fact that we celebrated someone's *shhh* birthday yesterday. Oh, and iChat decided when it crashed today to reset my settings. Remind me never to do that to a user in any of the software i work on. Like ever.

Oh :) one more in other news: barb had a very interesting interview in Chicago and she should blog about it. So there.

I'm so ready for cider.
